The design considers sanitary properties (cleanability) by simply placing it at the bottom of the container. When discharging the contents from the nozzle at the bottom of the container, swirling occurs in the discharge direction. At that time, air is also drawn into the connected pump, causing malfunction of the pump. The vortex breaker effectively prevents the generation of swirls that cause air entrapment. Considering cleanability, it is simply placed at the bottom of the container without any welding for installation. There are versions for both flat-bottomed containers and hopper containers, tailored to the shape of the bottom surface of the container. For flat-bottomed containers, in addition to the standard type, there is a weighted type for stirring that does not float up during agitation.
